 We offer a range of services in store such as boot checks, car seat fitting, 0% interest payment plans and we even offer to build your pram for you on collection so theres nothing to do other than take it away.

Millie & Ralph In-store Terms & Conditions

The following T&Cs apply to layaway payment plans and orders paid in full.

A minimum (non refundable) deposit of 10% is required at the time of the layaway order being placed. We do not do credit checks or add any interest to layaway orders.

We accept payments in-store or over the phone by card, cash or bank transfer. Payments can be made at any time, however payment plans must be completed within 6 months of the order date. Failure to do so may result in the order being cancelled and the 10% deposit being lost.

We are happy to store any items until required and offer free home delivery on all purchases over £50.

In most cases items will not be ordered into stock until 100% of the layaway payments have been made.

We ask that all payments are completed within 4 weeks of the required collection or delivery date.

If an order is cancelled/changed the customer will be charged a 20% restocking and administration fee.

By placing an order you agree to the above terms and conditions and that all payments will be made on time and in full.
